As your personal trainer I aim to make you stronger, improve your cardiovascular conditioning and quality of movement by utilizing a progressive and sustainable approach to get you the results you want. I use calisthenics, strength training and HIIT to help my clients become stronger, increase their stamina and improve their body composition. I will tailor your training plan to meet your individual needs and abilities to challenge you adequately but not give you more than you are ready for. I will work with you to make small gains day by day so that you can make great progress in the long term. Clients often report an upgrade in their quality of life as they attain more strength and energy for their daily activities and hobbies.
