I am a fitness trainer with over 12 years of experience who has helped a countless number of people get stronger, improve their mobility, and stay active for the long term. My approach focuses on sustainable training that boosts energy, strength, and long-term health.
Who do I train?
My focus is on training people over 40 years old to help them look their best and feel revitalized by improving their strength, endurance and body composition. I also:
- Train seniors trying to increase and maintain muscle mass and bone density
- Help new parents burn fat and build muscle
- Coach men and women into getting them the summer beach body they desire
- Work with runners trying to gain strength and power to support their ability to run well and with a lowered risk of injury
- Safely and effectively coach teens into get strong and well conditioned, whether for sport or personal fitness goals
