Meet Ezzedin – Freelance Trainer


I am a trainer with over 12 years of experience who has helped countless number of people get stronger, improve their mobility and kept them active for the long run. My approach focuses on sustainable training that boosts energy, strength and long term health.

Who do I train?

My focus is on training people over 40 years old to help them look their best and feel revitalized by improving their strength, endurance and body composition. I also:

  • Train seniors trying to increase and maintain muscle mass and bone density
  • Help new parents burn fat and build muscle
  • Coach men and women into getting them the summer beach body they desire
  • Work with runners trying to gain strength and power to support their ability to run well and with a lowered risk of injury
  • Safely and effectively coach teens into get strong and well conditioned, whether for sport or personal fitness goals
