During our first meeting we will discuss your goals, fitness history, past or current injuries, training frequency, nutrition and sleeping habits. We will also discuss an accountability strategy that will help to keep you on track and then take you through a full body movement assessment.
I will create a plan using the information gathered from your consultation and movement assessment and establish short term goals for you to reach on your way to achieving your long term goals. Your training plan will be divided into phases that are each focused on short term goals with the overall objective of reaching the final goals you want to achieve.
I will guide you through each session to ensure that you are performing each exercise safely and efficiently as well as motivate you to get the most out of every workout. During each training session I will document your workout in detail and use the results to make the necessary adjustments as we move forward through your training plan.
Getting the fullest use out of this partnership will require work from both of us in and out of the gym. Holding up my responsibility means that I review your workouts and make any necessary adjustments to your program. For you it is staying dedicated to your plan apart from our sessions which may include solo workouts, a daily steps target, weighing yourself regularly, maintaining healthy habits or anything we discuss as part of your specially tailored accountability strategy. Continuing your commitment to your training plan will play a key role in accomplishing your fitness goals.
